Hi, I’m Esther. I’m a UX designer with a background in IT Business Analysis.

I have experienced real life projects and the impact of good and bad UX on business stakeholders and end users which is what led me to user experience design.

My background in working within cross functional teams and stakeholders including business, product owners, UX designers and developers have taught me how to collaborate and manage stakeholders, carry out user research and testing, empathise, identify user pain points, understand business processes, define requirements, mock up and present solution options to business, whilst ensuring project deadlines were met. 

In my spare time I sing, play the keyboard and read or listen to design podcasts. You can see some of my performance on this page. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends.

As a UX designer, I want to continue to solve problems and balance both the business and user goals.
